Fees & Policy

  • Investment

    Our standard out of pocket rate is $175 per individual session and $195 per couples and family session.

    Be sure to check in with your insurance provider to verify if your policy provides out of network benefits for possible reimbursement via super bill documentation.

  • Sessions

    Each session will be held via a HIPAA compliant tele-health platform. Please fill out all of the forms, sent via email, before your first session so we don’t need to use the allotted session time to finish and submit the required paperwork.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside especially for you, a 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. If for any reason a session is canceled less than 24 hours prior, the full fee will be charged. Please note that most insurance does not reimburse for missed sessions
